INCLUSIONS
- Public Liability and Insurance
- Travel to and from venue (within 40 km)
- Purchase of backing tracks and of background
- music
- Sound & Performance equipment
EXTRA COSTS MAY INCLUDE
- Traveling outside of a 40km radius from my business location: $ 15.00
- Distances further than 60km from business location will incur extra costs and will require a separate quote.
- Props,costumes,decorations and toy display for children events or themed parties:$15.00
BOOKINGS, PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
- All bookings must be made a minimum of one month in advance.
- All invoices will be posted or emailed out once event booking has been confirmed.
- Invoices being paid into bank account must be paid within a week after event date.
- Invoices being paid by cash in hand on the date of the event will receive a written receipt.
- All cancellations must be notified to Stefanie 48hrs prior to event date.
- All cancellations will incur a $30.00 cancellation fee to cover expenses.
